CreoleMed Language Services is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all clients, including any sensitive or health-related information shared during interpretation or translation services.

We do not collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI) without consent. Any information shared with us during medical appointments, document translations, or form assistance is treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of delivering language services.

Our interpreters are trained to follow professional standards of ethics and confidentiality, including HIPAA-aligned practices. We do not share, sell, or disclose any client or patient information to third parties.
